3. Usage and Transfer of personal data
The personal data that you provide in our online application system will only be saved for exclusive use by Golden Industrial Brush for application processing and job filling purposes. Golden Industrial Brush saves and process the Information according to the Data security agreement.
Vacancies will be filled out in Golden Industrial Brush Corporation through cooperation between the human resource and the corresponding department. The responsible staff members from both departments may belong to different legal entities in Golden Industrial Brush Corporation. Therefore, it might be the case that the data will be exchanged.
Accordingly, the company try to take all security precautions, in order save your data from manipulation, loss, destruction, and against access by unauthorized persons or by unauthorized disclosure. Our security standards will always be updated according to the state of the art technology.
3.1 Applying to a posted position
In order to apply for a specific job posting, you will provide us with your personal data. These data will only be accessed and processed by Golden Industrial Brush workers, who are responsible for filling this vacancy.
This means that only the employees of the human resource department as well as those of the concerned department that the vacancy is pertained to, will have access to your documents.
If the co-workers from the Human Resource department would like to consider your application in another vacancy, they will receive the approval to forward it to the other relevant departments. All our co-workers as well as involved third parties, that are responsible for the data and application processing, have to comply with the Federal law of data security.
3.2 Unsolicited application
In contrast to applying for a published job posting (see figure number 3.1), when you apply through the unsolicited application process, your personal data will be matched against different job postings. Therefore, your data might be evaluated by the co-workers of the human resource department as well as many other involved departments.
3.3 Selection in a candidate pool
In the case that your qualifications did not match any of the job postings after completing the recruitment process, there is a probability that we will invite you per e-mail to our recruitment pool. Only when you accept the invitation by verifying the link, your personal data and documents will be saved in our system and matched against a new job posting.
3.4 Informed consent
By submitting your application, you confirm that you agree with the above mentioned application procedures regarding your data access, storage and usage. For more details regarding personal data usage and processing, please refer to figure number 3.1 as well as 3.2.
3.5 Retrieval and deletion of your personal data
You have the right to change and verify your personal data that are in our online application system. Moreover, you can revoke the agreement of using your personal data at any time. If you received a rejection letter, withdraw your application or cancel your membership in our application pool, your data will be automatically deleted from your system.
4. Use of cookies
As a rule, no cookies are used on our website. Only in exceptional cases session cookies are used, which store data for technical session control in the memory of your browser. The data are not personal and will be deleted at the latest after closing your browser. Therefore, we advise you, that you set up your browser, that it does not allow cookies or that you receive an alert message indicating that you need to allow cookies.
5. Security
